Today was the day we've all been waiting for… The Booher family returned to Bolivia! It wasn't that long ago that they left, and we're so happy they were able to return so quickly! They're planning on adopting S., A., and their little brother (currently at another orphanage) and will be in Bolivia for at least 2-3 years to complete the adoption.
I took S. and A. to the airport to welcome them back, and they were so giddy before leaving the house! A. has done well with the transition back to the baby house, but S.'s transition has been difficult to say the least. He was VERY excited to finally see Myles (one of the Booher's sons), but when we arrived to the airport, he was a bit overwhelmed and didn't want to go inside. When they did arrive, you could tell that he was completley confused. It took him just a short time to warm up to them again and then he was much happier. Of course A. was her usual go-with-the-flow self. :)
