Tía Silvia informed me this morning that I'd be making the cake for him, so I set to work using her chocolate cake recipe! She kept saying she wanted to put lots of salt instead of sugar and that we needed to fill it with whole bananas instead of something like peaches (a very popular cake filling here) or dulce de leche. Luckily for him, she wasn't the one adding the ingredients! The cake turned out really yummy, and when he arrived to work this afternoon, he was very surprised about our fiesta for him!

Feliz Cumpleaños, Tío David!
This afternoon we celebrated the birthday of Tío David, Casa de Amor's accountant!
